BH Cosmetics Shaaanxo Eyeshadow and Lipstick Palette - Review and Swatches

BH Cosmetics always comes with some exciting products in collaboration with renowned beauty gurus. They have recently launched one amazing eyeshadow and lipstick palette with the collaboration of lovely Shaaanxo which caught my eye instantly and i wanted to have it as soon as it became available on their website. I pre ordered it and received it with in 15 days with securely packed. I was afraid that due to very hot weather the lipsticks might get melted but thankfully it was safe and sound. Lets dig in this palette in more detail.
My Thoughts
I must admit that it was its unique packaging that got me to buy this palette in first place. It has dual side light pink cardboard packaging with a handy mirror on both sides and closes perfectly with magnetic touch. This palette contains 9 eye shadows at one side and 9 lipsticks at other side. The biggest benefit of keeping both products apart is that falling powder will not spoil the creamy lipsticks.

The texture of eyeshadows are soft, smooth and easy to blend which you expect from BH cosmetics. All shades are highly pigmented and doesn't have much fallout as well. They are easy to blend but one shade have some strange behavior. Let me explain each shade separately.

Eye shadows - 1st row - left to right
-Light beige color with matte finish. Perfect for highlighting brow bone or as base color. it is very pigmented with soft texture.
-Champagne color with shimmery finish. It is also highly pigmented with soft texture.
-Medium rose gold shade with shimmery finish. It is highly pigmented with soft texture.

2nd row - left to right
-A muted earthy mustard yellow shade with warm hues and matte finish. It is highly pigmented and have soft texture.
-Bronze-gold shade with shimmery finish which is highly pigmented with soft texture.
-Deep red-ish brown color with matte finish. Highly pigmented and have soft texture.

3rd row - left to right
-A very unique medium mauve-pink shade which have silver shimmer and slight golden hues with shimmery finish.Highly pigmented with good texture.
-A very beautiful duochrome shade with copper base and deep green reflects. Unfortunately upon blending or even patting lightly the shade doesn't appear as i expected. It only turns out shimmery copper with strong red hues.
-Dark grey color with matte finish. It is highly pigmented and have nice texture.

The pigmentation of each lipstick shade is quite good and overall texture of them is soft and creamy. All the lipsticks have satin finish and lasting power differs for the shades. Light shade lasts for maximum 2 hours but dark shades are very long lasting and even leaves a dark stain which remains for extra long which is really impressive. The coverage depends on each shade which is super remarkable for some but not too good for some. Let me explain each shade separately.

Lipsticks - 1st row - left to right
-Light dusky pink shade which have good color payoff and even application. It is similar but bit light then Milani Naturally Chic.
-A light coral shade shade with good color payoff and even application. It is similar to Jordana Balm Stain Candied Coral.
-Lovely orange shade which is perfect for all skin. It is highly pigmented with even application.

2nd row - left to right
-Light brown shade, a perfect neutral shade for all skin which is similar but bit light then Essence Barely There. It has good pigmentation with even application.
-Medium violet shade and is one of my favorite one. It is similar to MUR Not one for playing games. The color payoff is very good and application is even.
-A bright Neon pink shade which is similar to L.A Girl Pigment Gloss in Playful. Pigmentation is good but the application is uneven. The best thing about this shade is it leaves a beautiful stain behind which is gorgeous and remains for very long time.

3rd row - left to right
-Very light peach shade which might make medium skin look washed out. The pigmentation is good but application is uneven.It is similar to Essence Oh so matte.
-Deep red shade with very good color payoff and even application. It also leaves the red stain behind which is very long lasting.
-Dark plum shade which have most perfect formula. It is highly pigmented with very good application and also leaves a lovely berry stain behind.

Overall this palette is really good for its price. The eye shadows are highly pigmented and have good texture with nice selection of every day shades, apart from one duochrome shade which doesn't apply as it should. The lipsticks also have good color payoff and good application apart from 2 shades. The light shades apply sheer in one application but you can build them further. The dark shades are really gorgeous and the stain they leave is amazing. The only downside can be if you do not like applying lipsticks with lip brush.
