Today i am sharing my thoughts about one more liquid lipstick which is from Golden Rose and called Longstay Liquid Matte Lipstick in shade 16. So far i like this brand from which i have tried their mousse foundation and sheer shine lipsticks which i am loving in this season. I recently got some products from them and their one liner turns out to be defected which was very disappointing. I am assured that it will be replaced but no such luck till now and i am hoping for good. Any way lets talk about today's product.

My Thoughts
The packaging of this lipstick is similar to Wet n Wild megalast catsuit liquid lipstick which is a transparent plastic round tube with flat doe foot applicator. There is not very noticeable smell in this product which is a good plus. The texture is creamy and applies very smoothly. It is not like your regular dry liquid lipstick like ColourPop Ultra matte lipstick but more similar to ColourPop Ultra Satin lipsticks. It is highly pigmented and in one swipe you get fully opaque color.

The shade 16 is a peachy brown shade which is a perfect nude for every skin tone as it doesn't wash out a medium skin. The shade is little more bright then Luscious lip couture melted lipstick in La Mode while the formula is quite similar in comfort and application. It doesn't dry quickly and give you enough time to apply it properly. While it is better as it gives you enough time for better application, at the same time you have to avoid pressing or smacking your lips together to avoid uneven application. At first it gives satin finish but after some time it turns to more semi matte finish.

The formula is not sticky or feels heavy on lips and neither is drying. As i have natural lip lines and some matte lipsticks enhance them more while this doesn't prominent them so much. The lasting power is quite good and it lasts for more then 5 hours without eating greasy food. The good thing is, it doesn't feather while fading as well. Removing it is also easier then regular matte liquid lipsticks. I like to remove my matte lipsticks with oil based remover which help lips to retain their moisture.

Overall i liked this lipstick, it's smooth formula is easy to apply, have good pigmentation and gives semi matte finish. If you do not like to wear dry matte liquid lipsticks, it is a good alternative which is comfortable and doesn't makes lip dry.
