Beauty UK Powder Blush and brush in Isla rose - Review and Swatches

I have never picked a blush in bright pink colors and have mostly opt for corals, peaches, light pinks etc. When i saw the Beauty UK blush and brush in isla rose i thought to give this shade a try. Beauty UK has some very good products with very reasonable price. Lets explore this blush in detail.

My Thoughts

The packaging of this blush is simple but nice, made of black plastic with transparent cover on blush. This blush comes with small brush applicator as well which can come handy at times but not very much preferable. On the blush Beauty UK's motto is embedded which says 'Make your statement' which will fade with continuous usage.

The shade i picked is 'Isla Rose', it is cool toned medium pink color which brighten and lift up your face. The texture is not very hard and not very soft with tiny silver shimmers in it. In swatch the shimmer is noticeable but after blending it doesn't look glittery and the shimmer is not much noticeable however it does give glowing effect. It is highly pigmented, with single swipe it gives quite opaque color so you have to be very careful or you can overdue it. Even though it looks very bright in swatch but after blending it doesn't look very bright and spreads evenly.

Because of shimmer it might enhance large pores. This shade will suit fair to medium skin tones with proper application. It is buildable and doesn't fade too soon in fact stay for quite long time. It has minimal fall out in pan though.

Overall this blush is beautiful bright pink color with little shimmer, having good texture and great pigmentation. It would be great blush to use in spring/summer season.
