ColourPop No Filter Loose Setting Powder comes in 6 shades which includes translucent for lighter skin, medium skin and one for darker skin. then there are color corrector including peach and banana. there is one shade which is pink probably for the pink skin tones. I like how they have three translucent powders for different skins which is a rare case.I had picked the translucent powder which is lighter.

My Thoughts
This setting powder is a loose powder which comes in a jar with sifter lid on top. The packaging is very good sturdy and is travel friendly. As it is developed with ultra fine powder, i must say that it truly is very fine and blends very smoothly and quickly. The texture is really really good and it is similar to my favorite Kryolan translucent powder which is very expensive compared to this one.

The shade is very light beige and is not visible after blending. So it will suit most of the skins ranging fair to light medium. Darker skins can pick up the other darker shades in this range. It is perfect powder to bake because of its light weight and smooth formula but i mostly like to apply it to set the concealer. In this humid weather, this powder has worked wonders for my normal to combination skin which becomes sweaty very easily after few hours of wearing makeup

The best solution to wear makeup in summers is to go minimal and that have worked for me while the powder is must have item in that minimal look. The trick is apply concealer on the spots you want to hide like blemishes, acne marks, around lips, dark circles and blend it lightly. Now apply this powder all over face with fluffy brush and set the concealer under eyes with small round brush. My favorite is elf small concealer brush which you should get too.

This powder doesn't become cakey or crease easily. However the key is to go light hand and on points which crease like under eyes, try to pat them with fingers. This is a pro tip which i got from a MUA and it really works. This powder helps in making the makeup last longer and doesn't flake or become patchy. However as i have not very oily skin but want to tackle the summer sweat, i cannot say how well it will work on very oily skins.
