ColourPop It's a Princess Thing Pressed Powder Shadow Palette, Review and Swatches
Today i am going to share my thoughts on ColourPop It's a Princess Thing Pressed Powder Shadow Palette which is limited edition but is still available. I grabbed it during black Friday sale for just the sake of my love for Disney. However initially this palette didn't impressed me much i just placed it along the pile of my makeup. May be i was expecting some out of the world shades and this palette had more of everyday neutral shades. After using it for some time in regular makeup i started to love it.

My Thoughts
The packaging of this palette is beautiful with golden outer box and black cardboard palette which have six princess sketches on outer side and their signature on inner side of palette lid which shuts with magnetic click. There is no mirror in this palette which i do miss. There are fourteen shades in it which includes warm neutrals ranging from light to dark shades making it perfect palette to create any instant look without needing of another one.

All the shades performed pretty well which i do expect from Colourpop shadow palettes. With seven mattes, five shimmery, two frost and one glittery shade, i find myself reaching for it more and more. Let me tell you about each shade separately.

Chip defined as matte soft beige nude. It is a warm tone light beige color with matte finish. The texture is very good with perfect pigmentation.
Juju defined as matte warm rosy pink. It is warm tone medium pink shade with matte finish. The texture is very good with intense pigmentation.
Grumpy defined as matte dusty salmon. It is a medium dusty peach color with matte finish. The texture is very good with intense pigmentation.
Triton defined as sand with a golden sheen. It is a medium brown shade with sami matte finish. The texture is very good with intense pigmentation.
Abu defined as matte intense warm brown. It is a medium dark brown with matte finish having very good texture and intense pigmentation.
Prince Charming defined as ivory pearl with a green duochrome. It is a white gold shade which reflects pale green sheen. The texture is little powder but the pigmentation is very good.
Ray defined as metallic champagne and is a champagne gold with metallic finish. The texture and pigmentation is amazing.
Fairy Godmother defined as metallic bright coral. It is pink coral shimmery shade with good texture and intense pigmentation.
One Kiss defined as metallic bright coppery gold and it is bright copper with shimmery finish. The texture is little crumpling with good pigmentation.
Thingamabob defined as vibrant metallic silver and is a beautiful shimmery silver color with intense pigmentation and creamy texture.
Enchanted Rose defined as rich metallic rose. It is dark copper color with shimmer finish, good texture and intense pigmentation.
Poison Apple defined as metallic pinky violet. It is a medium plum shade with frost finish. The texture is very good with intense pigmentation.
Magic Carpet defines as blackened plum and is brownish plum color with very good pigmentation but have little powdery texture.
Beast defined as deep warm brown topped with gold glitter. It is dark brown shade with intense pigmentation and very good texture. Glitter is not visible after application.
Midnight Curfew defined as black sprinkled with silver glitter. It is intensely pigmented black shade with good texture.

Overall the pigmentation and texture is very good with only couple of shades with light fallout. The color selection is very good as well with almost all the necessary shades. The shimmery shades are perfectly applied while damped and i am currently using ColourPop All Star setting spray. It is perfect for ones who want a good everyday neutral palette, the fact which i might have overlooked at first. I would definitely recommend this palette, if you need good quality warm tone neutral shades or just want to add Disney princess collections to your makeup.
