This scrub comes in yellow color tube with name and other things written with holographic text. It is a tube with screw cap on top. The texture of this product is creamy and light with no harsh physical particles which can scrub your face raw. It is very similar to Korean Beauty peeling exfoliators and is meant to be used on dry and clean face. It contains a very noticeable smell which is not bad but if you are sensitive to perfume-y smells, you might not like it.
Even though it contains AHA and BHA along with pineapple and papaya enzymes, it doesn't irritate my skin which is dry with sensitive patches in current season. This creamy formula when rubbed on skin will be piled on finger tips. Don't think that it is some sort of dead skin as it is not and is only a product getting thicker after rubbing.
After using you will instantly feel that skin becomes soft, smooth and clean. It doesn't make skin dry or tight but still it is better to moisturize well after each use. It is better to use it twice a week only which will give you great results after continuous use. Not only the skin felt plump and even tones, also the makeup is applied more smoothly and you will need less complexion product. Apart from that if you are expecting it to remove your black heads and clear acne scars in just few uses, then this is not the case. In fact i always reach out to my Pixi Peel & Polish mask when i need deep exfoliation and to get rid of black heads, though it has a gritty texture but always works.
So overall this Yo Glow mask is quite impressive for instant results and make your skin smoother and brighter but you can find similar K-beauty products like Cosrx glowing products which are less pricey and does great job. I liked that i have tried this scrub but it is not something i would buy again. The liquid exfoliators are better to use in continuous beauty routine.
