Can You Really Get Rid of Cellulite?
Do you have cellulite? You are not the only one. In fact, about 98% of women of various ages have cellulite to some degree. Basically, cellulite is a normal fat buildup, and it’s not because of a fluid or toxin buildup. You can also have it regardless of your weight. It occurs when fatty tissue under your skin pokes out of its container, which is fibrous connective tissue think of stuffing poking out of your pillow. It’s further compounded by thinning skin that affects the dermis.

Unfortunately, getting rid of cellulite isn’t a sure thing, but there are certain treatment options that can significantly reduce their appearance and prevent them. Today we are sharing few methods which can help you in the reduction of cellulite.

1. Exercises for Cellulite Reduction and Prevention
Fat is immensely soft, while muscles help make your skin smoother and tauter and your overall body more toned. To reduce the appearance of cellulite, you need to do bodyweight exercises and build muscle, specifically targeting cellulite-prone areas in your lower body. These exercises typically include deadlifts, squats, step-ups, hip lifts, and lunges. Apart from that dry brushing is very effective for reduction of cellulite.

2. Massage
This is a great option for preventing cellulite and reducing its appearance. Using the edge of your soap, make scraping motions beginning from your lower leg up to the topmost portion of your thigh, and then repeat. Put a bit of pressure into it to promote improved circulation so that your motions can reach the deeper fatty layers and muscles.

Consider effective products such as Anti-cellulite Massage Soap. This massage bar soap is specifically developed for massaging cellulite, and it features rows of knobs for better grip and extra pressure. It also features dried red seaweed grain and Dead Sea minerals known to penetrate deep into the skin to help break down fatty tissue.

3. Cellulite Treatments at The Doctor’s Office
Common treatments for cellulite that show some promise include Endermologie massage and laser treatment. Endermology, also called lipomassage, is a mechanical massage that involves the use of low-pressure suction for kneading the target area in between spinning rollers in order to break down fatty tissue that causes the dreaded cellulite dimples.

Laser treatment or radiofrequency therapy can also be used alongside massages, light therapy, and even liposuction for better results. Laser therapy liquefies fat, increases collagen growth, breaks down connective tissue to reduce the appearance of puckering, boosts blood flow, and tightens the skin.

4. The Right Food
Individuals who consume a substantial amount of salt, carbs, fat, and little fiber have an increased risk of getting cellulite. Fortunately, you can incorporate healthy food such as good fats, food rich in vitamin C, lean meat, whole grain, colorful fruits, and brightly colored veggies.

Drinking lots of water will help since it will keep you hydrated. It will also help your body flush out toxins.
In order to reduce the chances of developing cellulite or to keep it from coming back, you will need a multipronged strategy that effectively incorporates fitness, a healthy diet, and a good lifestyle. Still, above everything else, a realistic fitness plan is your best ally.
