Get radiant and glowing complexion with natural/kitchen products
Taking care of your skin must be important for every one if you want to get better skin. Every once in a while a proper skin care including deep cleansing, exfoliating and applying mask is necessary for naturally glowing, clean and healthy skin. You do not always have to go to beauty salons to get all these things done. There are many products in your kitchen which can be used for this routine which can give you better results in less price and without using any harmful ingredients. I have few trusted products which i love to use for my skin care routine and the result is amazing. Let me tell you what and how can be used to get beautiful skin.

Cleansing

The first step is cleansing. To make cleanser mix 1 tb of milk cream and few drops of lemon if you have oily skin you can add milk without fat instead of milk cream, make a fine paste. Apply this paste on your face and massage slowly for few minutes. Milk will moisturize and clean your skin within while lemon will act as bleaching agent which not only remove impurities but give you vibrant complexion. Once you are done with massage clean the face with cotton or tissue paper.

Exfoliating

To make scrub to exfoliate your skin, mix half tsp of chickpea flour (besan in urdu) with 1 tsp of yogurt, make paste of them which should not be too thick or too thin. You can increase quantity of any ingredients to make fine paste. Now apply it on your face and rub for 2 to 3 minutes. It is the best home made scrub i have found so far, if you have black heads use this paste regularly on daily basis with in 2 to 3 days you will notice visible effect. If you add pinch of turmeric powder in this paste you can improve your pigmentation and uneven skin tone. Once you are done wash your face thoroughly with luke warm water.

Face Mask

Once you have cleansed and exfoliated you face now is the time for face mask. There are a lot of things in your kitchen which can be used for face mask but in this facial i would go for egg white. Take some egg white and whisk it for a minute and add few drops of honey, if you haven't used this before you might feel uneasy but trust me it is worth it. Once you have applied it on your face leave it for some time to let it dry and relax without talking or doing other things, once it is dried wash it off with luke warm water.  I am sure you are going to love the end result. You will get clean, fresh skin with improvement in your complexion as well. If you are not keen on applying egg mask then you can use mud mask made of fullers earth also called multani mitti which is easily available. Mix it with some rose water for oily to normal skin and add milk for dry skin.
